Always wipe out make-up before hitting the bed because make-up does not allow your pores to breathe and to keep your skin fresh it is important that skin pores inhale some fresh air. Make sure you fash your face every night before going to bed.
Exfoliating is a great procedure to deep cleanse the skin and remove dead skin cells. It is mild scrubbing which is done regularly in the night but if you have sensitive skin then you can apply to this once a week whereas people do it twice a week to get better results.
Apply a skin type moisturiser before going to bed. If you have a dry skin then applying a moisturiser is a big Yes-Yes because moisturising keeps your skin hydrated thus it prevents from aging and as well as makes it acne-prone. If you have oily skin then use oil free moisturiser which is easily avalable at any cosmetic shop near by you.
The very important and busy organ of the body which definitely requires special care, as we do not have the oil glands around our eyes so, it requires special attention. Use an eye cream to avoid puffiness, dark circles and to moisturise the fragile skin.
Last but not the least the lip care, we all get chapped lips by the end of the day. To keep them soft and nourished wash your lips with warm water and apply a lip balm daily whether it’s homemade or a balm bar whichever is convenient and feasible to be used.
